Operations Manager – Full Time, Year Round  The GVT Operations Manager oversees all GVT drivers. The Operations Manager will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with GVT policies and applicable FTA regulations. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.  The Operations Manager ensures all GVT buses are running at safe operational levels and ensure all vehicles are routinely maintained. Shuttle Bus Driver- Part Time, Full Time, Seasonal & Year Round available  Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a public transit bus for Glacier Valley Transit while providing excellent customer service. Click here to view a complete job description. Lead Driver – Full Time, Year Round   A Lead Driver performs the duties of a GVT Shuttle Bus Driver. Additionally the Lead Driver will assist the Operations Manager in training GVT bus drivers, overseeing bus drivers & ensuring that the buses are running at safe operational levels and regularly maintained. All employees of Glacier Valley Transit are subject to FTA pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing, including testing for THC. All employees must submit to and pass a DOT physical at employer’s expense.
