How to Ride the Bus
These rules ensure the safety of our riders and improve their experience on our buses. Service may be denied if these guidelines are not followed.
Be respectful of other riders and the driver
No smoking or vaping
No drug or alcohol use
No profanity
Children must be seated at all times when the bus is in motion
Seats in the front of the bus are reserved for senior citizens and disabled passengers.
Keep your equipment under control with sharp points and edges pointed down and away from other riders.
Remain seated until the bus has stopped. Hold onto the rails when heading down the steps out the door.
All buses are wheelchair accessible. Lifts have a capacity of 600-1000 pounds. For your safety and the safety of other passengers, we will secure your wheelchair.
Service animals and pets must be under the control of the rider.
All riders are subject to the Municipality of Anchorage Code of Ordinances 11.70.030 conduct on board buses
